This has got to be one of the hottest and most humid years i have ever experienced while living in jupiter. With that in mind Make sure that you are constantly monitoring your humidity levels in your property. Allowing for hi levels of humidity to accumulate in your home or place of business can be a potential hazard. Some might find themselves running into mold issues later on down the road. Ever more so if the property is vacant for long periods of time. Simply running your air conditioner on auto at 82 degrees Fahrenheit, and talking to your local air conditioning contractor about adding a built in dehumidifier, can end up saving you thousands in the long run.
Be sure to look around your A/C unit and make sure that the drain line from the drip pan is not clogged… If it gets clogged get a shop vac and suck out what is inside from the end of the drain line. If your A/C were to freeze over and the drain line is clogged then the drip pan will eventually overflow, causing water damage to the surrounding area. Such incident like the one i just explained commonly lead to mold. The more we can prevent the more we can save.
